Privacy Policy

What WageWindow does not do
WageWindow does not connect to your bank, does not use Plaid or any similar service, and does not automatically import transactions. Every paycheck, bill, transaction, and savings goal in the app is one you entered yourself.
Where your financial data lives
Your budget data is stored locally in WageWindow's app storage on your iPhone. The optional home-screen widget and Apple Watch companion read a local snapshot of that same data through an app group shared only between your own installations of WageWindow — it is not transmitted to us or to anyone else.
Face ID
If you turn on the app lock, WageWindow uses Apple's Face ID / Touch ID system to confirm it's you before showing your budget. Your biometric data is handled entirely by iOS and never becomes available to WageWindow or to us.
Notifications
Bill reminders are scheduled locally through Apple's notification system, based on the bills you've entered. No bill or balance information leaves your device to generate these reminders.
In-app purchases
WageWindow's premium features are unlocked through Apple's App Store in-app purchase system. Your payment details are handled entirely by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy — WageWindow never receives or stores your card or payment information.
Exports
If you export a PDF summary, it's generated on your device and shared wherever you choose to send it. WageWindow doesn't keep a copy or upload it anywhere.
Third parties
WageWindow does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software, and does not sell or share your financial information, because it isn't collected anywhere but your own device.
Children's privacy
WageWindow is intended for general audiences managing their own household finances and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of WageWindow adds a feature that changes how your data is handled — bank linking, for instance — this page will be updated first, and the change will be clearly described here before it ships.
